This trainer is designed for off-ice use both for Ice Hockey and Inline Hockey. If you use a puck you can train with this machine.

We recommend that you use a sheet of plastic in the crease area so that if you are working with ice skates it will simulate real ice, and if you are working with roller blades it will help to keep down the wear and tear on your pads.
